ChatGPT app keeps crashing on Android

Hello OpenAI team and community,

I encountered an issue with the new ChatGPT app on my Android smartphone. I am using a Google Pixel 7 Pro with Android 13.

The problem is that I can open the ChatGPT app once and successfully log in to access my conversation with ChatGPT. However, after closing the app, I am unable to restart it. Every time I try to start the app again, it crashes immediately. 😥

I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, as well as clearing the cache, but the issue persists. The only way I can temporarily resolve the problem is by clearing the app's data, but the issue reoccurs after logging in and accessing my conversation.

I hope that the OpenAI team will take note of this report and work to resolve the problem. Thank you very much for your attention! 😊

Thanks for posting, hopefully it gets addressed, seems to be fine on lots of andriod devices, I wonder if it's a conflict with some existing app install 🤔
