moderation: 429 Too Many Requests

For unknown reasons we are now getting 429 on (almost) every moderation request.

We request moderation on user input and model output as we are required to, and nowhere else.

Haven't changed anything regarding them in a long time.

Even disabing it to make sure there are no requests, and leaving it for an hour, no change. Still 429 on every moderation request.

Looks like this was a bug on your end, but making a new token seemed to help after a while

@boreal rock I found the origin of the pb. Looks like our free credit expired, check this in your account informations, if it's the case, you'll have to set a paiement method, at least it works for me

I'm not using free credit I pay $300/mo
I did hit my hard limit though, and I raised it, that's when this started happening.

Getting a new token solved it in part, as it's not 429 constantly anymore.

How it happened:

1. Set a hard limit for usage
2. Hit that hard limit
3. Raise the limit ot keep using the service
4. Now moderation endpoint will give 429 too many requests to near-all request

Workaround: Make a new API key and use that.

Just got this notification, looks like that's on their side
