Chat GPT 4 is showing other user's outputs when pressing continue;

Bug Report:

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to chatgpt4
  2. Ask a question
  3. Wait for a long response
  4. Click continue
  5. You receive another question in return

Expected result:

Receive the continues answer of the first reply

Actual result:

Receive another question and answer (from another user?)

Just checked again by pressing the regenerate response button and continue button;

This is a model hallucination, which can happen if we're not giving the model the correct context. can you please share a link to your chat using the share button so I can take a look?
