Bug Report: Inconsistent behavior of Shared Links and the 'show name' option
*Steps to reproduce:
- Click on the link provided below, or if you are savy enough to use the terminal, in such a way as to open two or more separate connections to the same URL, until you get a connection which does not contain my name or plugins.

Expected Results:
My name, Vincent Anderson, and my conversation should appear un-redacted on all connections to the Shared Links URL.
Actual result:
My name does not appear on some connections, and this is corroborated by another user, username: @undone haven, who observed the mixed behavior upon more than one connection to the URL and confirmed that some connections redacted the name and plugins.

Uploaded are the screenshots of the behavior, note that when you review the content of the shared link you will see my env variables and an api key there. I knowingly shared the information for the purposes of diagnosing the behavior of the new feature "Custom Instructions" with others, and deleted the key after sharing it. This is because the model appeared to experience a sudden context drop in the middle of the conversation.
