Hello - Why wont the reset password link come through?? it never comes through. I have tried multiple times over multiple days. Not in my spam/junk/firewall either. Any suggestions?

I am having the same issue. Is there any update on how to rectify this? How can I contact support as going to help.openai.com is useless. Chat is a bot and never hands off to an actual support agent.

Their support chatbot isn't even as smart as ChatGPT 3. It's an unforgivably useless and outdated chatbot. Unforgivable because this pathetic excuse for a chatbot is made by the same people as ChatGPT.
