I'm trying to renew my subscription, but every time I try, I get the "card declined" error. I eventually found where I can update the existing card, which I did, but even now, when I got to upgrade, it appears that my billing name and address aren't filled in, but I can't fill that in, because those fields are grayed out and inaccessible.

I'm still getting "card declined", but I know for a fact that this card is a good card. My account has the funds, and the card is a new updated card.

@shut kelp I am still unable to upgrade my ChatGPT. I keep getting the "card declined" error on a valid card. Is there a way to fix this?
