I just renewed by For some reason, the payment isn't processing. I got the email confirming my subscription renewal, but when I go to chatGPT it has a button to "renew plus". When I click it, it says "The payment page encountered an error". Every conversation I go to automatically downgrades to GPT-3.5, meaning I cannot continue to use GPT or risk losing monhts of work.
So in short: CHatGPT accepted my payment but isn't providing me access to GPT-4 anymore.
