#Chat GPT plus issue

Just had the same issue. I contacted suppor as per https://help.openai.com/en/articles/7232905-why-is-my-plus-subscription-not-appearing

Just to say we're in the same boat, still no change from me. I've read online that for someone it took a day before it got fixed.... but that some were still waiting after weeks. I have the exact same issue.
Does it only say renew or can you use gpt-4?

Hi everyone, I'm probably in the same boat, cause I just subscribed to GPT Plus for the first time and... nothing changed. I can't access plug-in, web browser with bing, and don't even have the interface with "ChatGPT Plus" wrote on it
It seems that everyone who purchased it recently got that

If this can reassure you, I read that for some people it got fixed in a day or two

If it's not fixed in a few days, I think OpenAI will extends our subscription for the days lost (I hope)

Does it only say renew or are you unable to use plus services like gpt-4
If you want to check I think people have the same problem as I detail in my thread with more details and screenshots
The plan appears on the pay.openai.com, and as a receipt. But it's just like we never paid and we still have the free version on the chat page. (so we're still asked about renewal, upgrading plan, no switch to gpt 4 button)
(At least I think that's what others have)
It says renew plus in the bottom left corner above the profile. If I click on my subscription I get taken to a page where I have the ChatGPT Plus Subscription. Using the link https://chat.openai.com/?model=gpt-4 takes me back to GPT3.5
Does it work on any other devices?
It's like it subscribed from AUG17 to SEP17, that might be the issue.
I tried the issue on phone or other browser and nope

Bot sometimes time you out when you send lots of messages "rapidly"

@visual nimbus thats just the faq I need to speak with a person that works there
Bottom right corner a text prompt appears where you can send a human customer support message although this can take a while (up to a week).
Np, and many here already talked to valeriez from the OpenAI team a bit earlier in the thread and it seems like they are aware of this now, hopefully fixed before tomorrow 🥺🤞

happening to me too, purchased plus yesterday and it just says renew subscription
Kinda disappointing this is taking so long I bought plus again in order to prepare for my exam next week and time is ticking

If this was an isolated case it would have taken you way more time

it works now, we see the GPT-4 toggle
Seems the issue is now officially resolved
