Hello. I had created an account for ChatGPT with my google account. Now I deleted it because I wanted to create a new account and log in to chat gpt with my microsoft account. But when I try to finish setting up the new account, it shows an error "We couldn't verify your phone number. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com." Shouldn't my phone number be available to use since I deleted my first account?

But I just want to use my phone number to create a new account now. My phone number is not bound to any account since I deleted it. What options do I have?
Also, at help.openai.com is says that:
For anti-fraud and abuse reasons, we do not allow you to use your number for phone verification for more than 2 unique OpenAI accounts. This is true only if you create the additional accounts before deleting any account linked to that phone number.
If you need to create another (3rd) unique OpenAI account then you'd need to use a different number.
