Like the title says, I’ve had a free account for a long time, I decided to try a month of “plus” and use some of the plugins… so I subscribed via the iOS AppStore… that was like 2 weeks ago and I haven’t been able to use it ONE SINGLE TIME. It won’t let me log in, and when it does it says I don’t have plus. But in my subscriptions for iOS i paid the ridiculous 20$ and I HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO USE IT ONCE! I really hope I can either get my money back or extend my time for free, as I only wanted to try it out for a month. Tried using my apple ID to log in, even tho at the time I was already logged into the ChatGPT official app through a gmail I’ve been using…
Please help? And help me figure out which flipping account is using my money to pay for plus? And help me get refunded or extend my time for using it? Could really use some guidance I can show you how iOS shows I’ve subscribed…
