Bug Report:
Hi, i'm learning english grammar with chat GPT, after make much conversation, I accidentally told chat GPT to make explanation of grammar uses in the form of table. It crashed the webpage it became not responding everytime i open that chat (i refreshed the webpage many time). I even cannot share or delete the chat because it's freeze as soon i open it. Cannot touch anything.
Steps to reproduce:

After they generate responses. I ask one of the question about Go, Goes, Going uses with I, you, they, we and He, she, it. In a form of table.

After that, i accidentally ask Chatgpt to explain grammar uses in a form of table, i did not expect it will generates so much tables, it was freeze just after make about 10 tables. I cannot touch anything, try to refresh and login to other browser but no fix.

Chatgpt will always freeze when opening those chat, cannot delete/share it because it will freezes right after you click it.
Expected result:
Chat open properly and shows the chat as it left
Actual result:
Chat is freeze everytime open the broken chat

I included the screenshots of two browsers trying to open the same chat.
Things to do now is I might ignoring the chat after refreshing the webpage, don't open it. But you know, i still want to learn things that i typed in that chat.
