I use ChatGPT quite a lot, and I've noticed that here in Brazil, GhatGPT-4 has become less concise. It's similar to GPT-3. It lost performance.. although it has become much faster.

The problems that were solved yesterday as pointed out at https://status.openai.com/# don't seem to be resolved here in Brazil. Or you have reduced the processing capacity of GPT outside of the US.

GPT-4 (I subscribe to the plus plan) is the same as GPT-3.5

I work with more complex studies. Unfortunately, GPT-4 is no longer able to help me with this work. The problem is that I could before. Something is happening.
