Steps to reproduce:

1.I opened ChatGPT at home using Chrome.
2.I entered the text message as usual.

Expected result:

ChatGPT should respond to my question as usual

Actual result:

The message "Your request was blocked as bot traffic. If you are using a VPN please disable it and try again." appeared, and I couldn't use ChatGPT normally.

Additional information

Browser:Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge
OS:Windows 11 and Windows 10
Additional explanation: my account is a paid one, and I usually use it at home and at the office. But recently, I can't use it at home due to the situation described above, while I can use it normally at the office. I don't use a VPN connection at home.

I normally do not use a VPN for other work or internet activities. However, there is a situation that I'm unsure whether it might be causing the issue. When I use ChatGPT at home, my office computer also has ChatGPT open due to previous usage that wasn't properly closed, and it's logged into the same account. Even though there's no active operation on ChatGPT in the office, I wonder if the simultaneous opening of ChatGPT at both locations could be causing the problem?
