I have been trying to unsubscribe before the next billing date at July 5, and I have been trying to do this ever since July 3. Reading up information on how to do so led me to the "Manage my subscription" button, but every time I click it for the past 10 days has always led into the error as shown in the screenshot.
So far, I have emailed and used the Help Center Chatbot, but I have received no response for the past week, and then I found this window to ask for more information on this issue.
