I had been trying to sign in to a different account for the api page and then when I refreshed on a different tab I had already open, it asked me to sign in but I keep getting this everytime I click the sign in option for a google account. It says to email the site owner but I do not know who to contact. Anyone have the same issue?

Yep i had the same problem i didn't do anything suspisous only try to access from different phones (my personal phones). one of them seems to been logout and i login from my email link few times >_< and got blocked immediately.

Best suggestion is clear all the cookies from your browser while on a different page and then try again. I have had a few situations where it was stuck trying to log my into the wrong google account an it was a loop from h e 11 till i cleared cookies and cache
