I don't have access to it either. I am in playground mode and don't see it available. I only have the GPT 3.5 versions available.
I have my API keys etc.. and account with payment attached.

how can i use GPT4-api? Use the API. You have done nothing to show actual interest in using the API other then sign up on a list when 3.5 was fully available to you
