Lost account access after adding new member as owner then removing old account. | OpenAI | Page 1

Hi,
I originally set up my account as a login gmail account, however I will lose access to this account with uni, to be replaced by another, and wish to swap it across to the other account.
When I did so, (Add new member, set it as owner, demote original account to reader, then remove it) it has deleted the account and not linked my new account email, therefore not allowing me to swap emails on my existing account. So if I login using my new account, it does not think that I am paying, nor does it remember any of the chats! Nor does it allow me the GPT4 API access.
Can you help resolve it please, as I now have no access via that account!
