My access was terminated do to violation im pretty sure I didnt do anything wrong I reported it to help center but I am waiting for a week now and I still didn`t get any answer. What should I do?

Yeah that's my main reason why I am paying for it.

Welp, apparently janitor ai violates several of the open ai policies, so they started cracking on accounts that use their API keys for it.

It doesn't matter if you use it for other things. Violating the usage policies would get your account banned.

Call your credit card or debit company to request the cancellation of your subscription so that you won't be charged during the week of termination, just in case your subscription is due that week.
