Can anyone please offer advice, really frustrated user here working on stories and this is the second time that a chat has (appeared to have) broken with the error "Hmm...something seems to have gone wrong.". I've tried everything, waited days, weeks, to resolve but it never does. The first time that this occurred, I contacted support some weeks ago but NO response. I also have a paid subscription.

Did you ask App to get your money back? If this things error for like three weeks, I would contact to give you a refund for the last two weeks when you card was charged. I actually don’t remember how long chat GPT charge you.
