I'm having a problem with the GPT-4 and plug-ins disappearing from the UI, which seems to be happening over the last few days.
I heard that users who subscribe from Desktop can click on "Manage my subscription" in the settings and fix the problem but users like me who subscribe from iOS do not see the icon even from Desktop. Is there any solution to this problem?

I asked the same question in "chatgpt-ios-discussion" but haven't got any solution.
I appreciate it if you could share anything you find.
I've discovered information that aligns with what you mentioned, including the method you brought up earlier. Additionally, I've heard of another approach, which involves waiting until it restores automatically, and this could take about one day (although I've found instances where it took three days). The experience of not being able to utilize GPT-4 plugins is extremely unpleasant.
By the way, it has been 20 hours since I discovered a problem with my Plus subscription.
😫
So you still have problem, right?
Is only thing we can do waiting?
For now, it seems that way. I haven't come across a better method, and it's been difficult to obtain support through OpenAI's feedback channels.
It seems other people are also in the same trouble.
Until they actually fix this or someone figures out how to force the in-app accounts to attempt to relink their Plus entitlement - if the 24 hours wait doesn’t solve this - the fix could be to cancel your iOS and subscribe on the web flavor. It’s super silly and will for sure cost you a duplicate month’s worth of Plus though. It may take time for the in-app subscription to expire though. So if you have an urgent need you may just need to create another OpenAI account and sub from web 🫠
Do I have to pay another US$20 in that case?😕
Oops, you said I need to create another account. Then I have to pay an extra😭
My gpt-4 is ready
ChatGPT Plus model selector is back
Congrats👏
How did you do that?
I haven't done anything, just provided feedback to OpenAI's Help Center
But I've got another suggestion that might be helpful in addressing this issue.
From the moment my problem emerged to the moment it got fixed, it took about 23 hours. But here's the interesting part—I came across something quite coincidental.
There was a gap of nearly 23 hours between my first subscription and the automatic renewal. To clarify, the payment for the second subscription, which should have started right after the expiration of the first one, wasn't processed until 23 hours later.
Throughout this time gap, I still utilized GPT-4.
that's it,I hope it was beneficial for you.
