GPT4 and plug-ins missing

Try this method: click manage my subscription and click back to OpenAI it resolve my issue. But the problem is still there. I hope OpenAI fix this problem soon.

I have become a GPT plus, but I cannot see the button to switch between GPt3.5 and GPt4.0. It's just a GPT plus page without a toggle button for 3.5 and 4.0 , also no Beta features in setting button. what's going on? I have a feeling of being deceived.

I had the same issue with GPT-4 missing, I have an active sub and my old conversations were falling back to 3.5, no toggle for 4 in either the web app or iOS app. I’ve fixed the issue following the steps of the web app link to “manage my subscription”, but I subscribed from web and not iOS.

@faint fjord your web shows "manage my subscription"but my web shows"manage my subscription in the chatgpt ios app" ,we are different . i have no way to follow the steps, because our begining is not the same.

I believe I'm having the same issue. As of yesterday, I only GPT-3.5 and Alpha as options for new chats. I also believe my existing chats have been downgraded to GPT-3.5. And to be clear, I am a plus subscriber.
