a few times over the past 6 days, and several times over the past 16 hours I have cleared cache and used different devices and browsers and different internet services to request a log of my chats per the data export, but it has not been sent to my email. Not in spam folder, I’ve received data exports before, and it’s a gmail account. hoping this can get resolved #1070006915414900886

Update: today after attempting to request a data export on the iOS app this morning, I returned to the same pc I made the initial request and intense troubleshooting yesterday, and I got a data export instantly!
I wonder why there’s been a multi-day inconsistency across devices? Something to note
