Hi guys, this is the second time I was blocked. I was living in Thailand for the last year and the last week I just moved to Spain, now I can't access to my paid account because I get this error.

The first time I was blocked I have to wait around 1 week. So I loose money because I paid one month and can access 3 weeks to my account.

Now the problem starts last tuesday, so another week and still have no access.

Nobody at OpenAI support reply to my messages. I have never shared my account or use a VPN, just my laptop and my phone always from my home IP.

Any advice?

Yes, I can use it with the app on my iPhone

Cause if this is working on phone with browser and app = you have something that block on pc

mmm yes, I just tried and works, but not in any of my browsers on my computer (safari, chrome and opera)

It isn't account related cause you said you can use it on phone

So either they block your pc in some ways or you have an apps on your PC that blocking the connection
