This site can't be reached. chat.openai.com took too long to respond.

I was able to use it fine yesterday. Now it won't work on Chrome, edge, and my android. Been refreshing every 10 minutes for 2 hours.
I'm a paid user.
DALL-E and API work fine. Only chat is down.
Incognito moda and disabling ad block don't work either

@gentle ice oddly, using opera's VPN allows me in. Without VPN it doesn't connect.
I usually use Chrome at work and opera at home. I'm logged out at home but I guess the system got tripped up.
I'll work on solutions. @ing you because you seem to be helping others in other chats. Maybe someone will have a similar issue to me and you can help them.

It might be an outage. The VPN allows you to connect from a diffrent location which lets you in. Note that VPNs are banned and using them is violating the policy.
I have nenver seen someone get banned for it

I figured it out. A few days ago, my work but a firewall on chat gpt. By using a VPN I bypassed it.
I can't find anything online that says chatgpt bans vpns, is that what you meant or did I misunderstand?
