I shouldn't be getting a CAPTCHA multiple times a day as a paying customer, and there are so many other less terrible solutions (hCaptcha, ReCAPTCHA, Cloudflare Turnstile) that you guys could be using instead, with a less terrible user experience.
Please, look at other solutions to your bot/API abuse problem.
It genuinely takes me about 45 seconds just to figure out what the puzzle is actually trying to ask me, and about that again to cycle through the possibilities and try and mentally rotate all of the icons in each slide in my head to match up with the left hand side.

Heard that Adam! I just encountered the same- it's brutal (20 questions) for even a human to solve 100% and very tedious and time-consuming. Did you ever hear back or get a resolution? I contacted help support (AI generated) - have not heard back but finally passed the recaptcha yesterday. I was debugging some Swift code for iOS when the lockdown happened- not sure if related,
