Plus Models Gone

I only see the following screen when I try to create a new chat. I have Plus subscription but all my models are gone including Code Interpreter Alpha. I can still see my chat history and open my previous chats.

Now my chat in Code Interpreter has also “switched” involuntarily to default! This means it’s essentially not the same chat anymore! This was my weeks of research in conceptual math working in the same chat window. If it doesn’t revert back to the original model, my whole project basically ends here! 😢

No, I had the Plus account before the iOS app was released.

Any new from OpenAI team on these issues? Would be great if someone can give us some idea of what the problem is and how long they expect for it to be resolved. Thank you.

Currently it is a major bug for several people
Of you have the same issue on iPhone and on Firefox you have to wait till fixed you can always use the [e-mail]

Update: It’s fixed now — on browser, mobile web and iOS app.
Solution: Just patiently waited.

Broken again here. No more gpt plus access. They just block certain users when demand is high. Well played
