plugins and beta features not visable in my UI, have logged in and out and refreshed, no change.

I already had access and was using them. I logged in and the UI was different and there is no toggle between models.

I want to mention I've had trouble consistently seeing plugins or the plugin store today. I load the store page and nothing appears. I've tried in incognito mode in chrome, firefox, and microsoft edge now to no avail. Windows 10 user.

If it does load, I receive an error message on every attempted install.
