Plus account cannot use GPT-4

I would like to ask why I can't use gpt-4 with my plus version? I don't find the option for gpt-4 on the web page. What is the reason for this?

I had the same problem, but some of them recovered after a while.

some people recovered after a while, my guess is that it should be a problem with openai. But it's also possible that the number was blocked.

Same issue here. I'm a paid ChatGPT Plus user, and starting today my access to GPT-4 and plugins have simply disappeared. I asked ChatGPT to echo its model version, and it confirmed GPT-3.5. No change when I switch to a vanilla Chromium installation with zero extensions or privacy protections.

I’m having the same issue. It’s been about 3 or 4 days now. I’m a paid plus user with GPT4 and plugins enabled since early on. Been using it daily … however all of a sudden GPT4 and plugins have been removed and/or disabled

Bug is consistent across all web browsers, mobile and desktop, as well as within the chatGPT Mobile app on iOS.

The selection button between a gpt4 or gpt3.5 is not there anymore and more importantly all previous gpt4 chats in history get downgraded once you continue chatting. When trying to continue a gpt4 chat, the system sends a notification with a warning message saying something along the lines of : “the previous version has been disabled so this chat has been reverted to default”

Does anyone know what’s going on? There’s like zero coverage on this issue anywhere online or in social. Very little I could find.

The same is happening to me, I subscribed to the plus today and I don't have access to the button to choose between the 3.5 and 4, and when I ask him which model he is using he tells me that it is the 3.5

This is a bug when multiple logins have been done in several computers:
(1) Website login to your ChatGPT account
(2) left side panel go to your account click the three dots
(3) go to my plan.
(4) manage my subscription
(5) top screen go to “Return to OpenAI, LLC”
(6) press plus sign to start new chat. This should reset the bug and you should have 3.5 and 4 available.
