Chat preview in russian for Ukrainians.

Bug report:
Steps to reproduce:

1. Be in Ukraine (acc registered to UA phone number, and IP address is also ukrainian)
2. request list of 20 open licence fonts with cyrillic support (in English)
   Expected results:
3. receive answer (works)
4. found out that your chat preview is in English "20 free fonts"
   Actual results:
5. receive answer (works)
6. found out that your chat preview is in russian "20 бесплатных шрифтов"
   Additional information:
   Browser: Google Chrome
   OS: MacOS Ventura 13.3.1 (a)

To be honest this is very offensive to us, Ukrainians...

it's like saying Greek is almost the same as Armenian or Swedish to Norwegian.
