Whenever i try prompting, i get no results and this error keeps on showing up. "There was a problem preparing your chat. Please refresh the page and try again.". I can not use GPT-4 at all despite of paying for it.

Can you please share your network tab so we can see errors and requests? Something is failing to load... is it because of a firewall or adblocker?

Brave is likely using a shields thing blocking the requests.

This error is because required resources are being blocked. So issues would be firewall or adblocker or something like that.

I have been using GPT 4 for more than 3 months with brave until yesterday. I am getting the same errors with different browsers including chromium and google chrome. I have tried in my mobile phone with different network and I am still getting the same problem. Here is the screenshot

But that doesn't work. I was able to get it to work by changing my IP (via VPN). seems like some sort of block on IPs (eventhough I only use mine for the browser client)

We are close to having this tracked down. Curious if you would mind sharing roughly where in the world you are using the site from. We should it has to do with the CDNs and knowing the geo could help us track down the issue.
