Hi Discord Community,
I'm facing an issue with my GPT-4 API access. I've used the GPT API since December and switched to GPT-4 at launch. A week ago, my API Org got erased, then restored in Trial mode. After resetting my payment method, I found my API keys and team members were back but not GPT-4 access.
I tried upgrading, reapplying to the waitlist, emailing, and using the chat widget on the platform, but haven't received any response. If anyone knows of any other ways to reach OpenAI support, I'd greatly appreciate it.
This issue has halted my project, which I've put hundreds of hours into. I've been in software development for over 30 years and this is the first time I've encountered an issue with access while being a paying customer and the lack of reachable support is unprecedented for me.
