GPT-4 access rollout is on hold and there is no way to bypass, circumvent, or speed this up. Unfortunately, you'll have to find a different way to accomplish your research goal unless you have the capital to pay thousands of dollars a month for a dedicated resource.

Highly recommend turning on Twitter notifications for OpenAI so you can be one of the first to join waitlists. That's how I got GPT-4 several months ago (signed up within 30 seconds of the announcement)
