We're experiencing high traffic increase, but our service is limited due to the rate limit. Is there any possible way to facilitate the Rate Limit as soon as possibble? Urgent help needed!

I have the same. I am switching to gpt-3.5.-turbo-16k in the case that I am over limit with GPT4. They MUST change this asap, because there is no way how to scale our products with these limits
