#two-factor authentication locked me out of my account, help!

The account that I pay $20/mo for automatically turned on two-factor authentication before I could add a cell phone number and now when I go to log in it sends the verification code to nowhere. Can someone with admin privileges contact me from an actual OPENAI customer service account and help me get back into my account? Otherwise we will have to deny the credit card charges as fraudulent as that will be the only way to get rid of the unusable account... Thanks in advance.

This is for a GPT-4 account

2FA isn't sent as a text to a cell number. 2FA is set up with an authenticator app like Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy, or a password app. It's a 6-digit code in your authenticator app that change every minute or so. You usually set it up initially by scanning a QR code in your authenticator app.

Same net effect, when I have the authenticator app It needs a QR code to scan, which when I am logged out of ChatGPT and am in the process of signing in it asks me to use a code from the authenticator app. (Which I have now downloaded Google Authenticator) However, since there is no QR code to scan to set up the connection I am still stuck and unable to get a code to login... I still need help from support to get them to turn off 2FA and let me into the account...
