#vpn detection issues

Are you using a VPN?
We may use one for some users to connect back to our corporate network. However what is being "detected" is our web browsing proxy server IP addresses, or that is what I am seeing as part of the problem when I decrypt the traffic. We never see the reason displayed in the browser. Just get a 403 back when we try to submit an ask of the ai.
VPN is against the policy. Remove it. In what country do you live in or the corp.
Ok, we are in the US and the vpn is back to our corporate network. The problem however is from a pc on our corp network and is not crossing a vpn. If I could get someone on a phone call and show the issue I think would help. But I also think our web proxy servers are what is being blocked. If I use a public one it works if I use our private proxy servers they are "detected" as being a vpn and they are not.
It might be blocked too.
Well who can I talk to about getting it unblocked? My CEO is wanting to use the service and as long as our proxy servers are blocked that can't happen.
I dont know but your proxy server could interfere with OpenAIs safty systems which blocks your request.
403 means that the server has recived your request but is denying it.
I searched on the internet and 403 means when the server understands your request but denys it and dont want to give a reason on why.
You should try contacting OpenAI somehow
Oh so your not with openai? Gee thanks. And yes I know what a 403 is and I have decrypted the pcaps of the traffic to know why it is blocked. I am trying to contact them but get nothing.
Did you think i was openai?
Yeah. That was why I am here and was hoping they would respond. There is no way to get in touch with them I guess after all.
I am just a random guy that knows a lot
Some OpenAI emplyees is a little active helping people with problems.
