Paid for two accounts so I could have double the GPT-4 message cap, but not allowing me to

Hi, I paid for an extra account so in the case that I exceeded the GPT-4 message cap I could use my second account. But logging into the second account, it still says I have exceeded the message cap. I cleared my cookies and even connected to a VPN.

The user has not exceeded the message cap. Why would I pay double the price for exactly the same service? Surely this is not intentional? 😟 Please let me know if it is, or if not why it is happening.

Why are VPN's banned? I use a VPN 24/7. It has never been an issue when using chatGPT. WRT not being allowed to have an extra account, what's the reasoning? Wouldn't they prefer to have more money?

Also, how do I go about contacting them for a refund?

VPNs are banned to prevent people in restricted countrys to bypass the block and to prevent people to bypass the 25 message limit.

What is the purpose of the message cap applying to a single individual using chatGPT for their studies? As in, why would they not want a single individual having double the message cap for when they needed it?
