Hmm weird screen! Do you have any ChatGPT browser extensions installed? Since the text at the bottom starts with "Free Research Preview" and the text in the middle only says "ChatGPT," though, it doesn't look like you are a Plus subscriber, so you wouldn't have access to the GPT-4 model either way. However, what does the dropdown menu show if you click where it says "Turbo"?
