Steps to reproduce:
Context: ChatGPT web (and iOS) using GPT 4 model - paid user

  1. create a prompt that is around 1000 words (1222 words in my test) with a request for ChatGPT to provide some feedback about the text.

Expected result:

  1. ChatGPT 4 provide feedback about the text provided.

Actual Results:
Getting the following error message: "The message you submitted was too long, please reload the conversation and submit something shorter"

If I reduce the size of the initial text, so I don't get the error message, ChatGPT 4 doesn't generate the error message above, but when adding more text and ask finally for feedback I am getting the error message "I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, I'm currently unable to directly access the document you shared due to limitations in my capabilities. However, you can assist by copying and pasting the text of the resume here, and I can then provide specific recommendations on changes to apply based on the recommendations above."

I have other chats from days and weeks ago that have way longer content and interaction but it looks like the context window has drastically been reduced making using ChatGPT 4 barely usable.

The same is happening too when I use the iOS ChatGPT app.
