is there any way to get my account 2FA disabled by you or someone at OpenAI, really want to be able to access my account again.
any updates to this situation? hoping it's a simple thing that can be resolved

I also have the same issue and I am paying a subscription. Support replied to my request by sending me a generic email pointing to the chatbot on the openai site.

Sorry for the delay here yall this is what I have for you right now;
Check the Passwords app on iOS:
If you are having trouble logging in and own an iOS device, first check Settings > Passwords > OpenAI on your device and look for a verification code. If found, enter that on the "Verify your identity" screen during login.
Other login options:
If your email matches another social provider (Google, Microsoft, or Apple) you can try logging in that way.

If you're still experiencing being locked out of your account from these 2FA / MFA / one time code issues please contact support and let us know the phone number you used to sign up originally so we can assist further.
