I am experiencing difficulties logging into my paid account as it consistently prompts me for an OTP and I don't have a way to retrieve it.

Can someone please assist me by disabling the 2FA temporarily, willing to submit the email and identity verification also.

I also have the same issue and I am paying a subscription. Support replied to my request by sending me a generic email pointing to the chatbot on the openai site.

Sorry for the delay here yall this is what I have for you right now;

Check the Passwords app on iOS:
If you are having trouble logging in and own an iOS device, first check Settings > Passwords > OpenAI on your device and look for a verification code. If found, enter that on the "Verify your identity" screen during login.
Other login options:
If your email matches another social provider (Google, Microsoft, or Apple) you can try logging in that way.
If you still need help:
If you're still experiencing being locked out of your account from these 2FA / MFA / one time code issues please contact support and let us know the phone number you used to sign up originally so we can assist further.
