I have the same problem. It says you can have up to 3 accounts with a single phone number. I had two. deleted one. Even if the deleted account still counts toward my total of 3 accounts I should have one remaining but it won't let me join. Annoyingly this 3rd account was supposed to be a Plus account using my work email address.
I just want to pay them money. 😦
same here. I had two accounts, deleted one of them to make way for my work address. Get the maximum number of accounts error. Proceeded to try to restore the account I deleted and I can't. Truly terrible flow for such a sophisticated product.
