Are you in a restricted country? Are you using web protection by NordVPN? Can you show me the response headers from the Network tab in chrome of the request that is failing (red).
Is Taiwan a restricted country? I am not using any VPN. I don't see the "Internet" page in the Chrome menu, can you explain where it refers to?

@upper trench Hi I am having same issue but only in 1 of my chats (by far my most important one) I sent it a prompt like usual and I keep getting a "hmm... something seems to have gone wrong message". Then it will only give me the option to "regenerate my response". I have no way to send any more prompts in the chat. It has been like this for a day now. I've tried multiple devices, logged in and out a thousand times, refreshed etc etc. How do I fix this sir?

I've had same problem and message for about 3 weeks. i'm using Chrome and removed the openai cookies as I saw on a blog post. have just tried using Edge browser ... but still the same problem exists. I reported the bug to openai (as this is on the only way to make contact with them ... 3 weeks ago) but no reply ... reported again 2 hours ago. Anyone got any suggestions please/ Seems i'm wasting my $20 per month for Plus1
the support system is horrendus its rly bad no replies no nothing
if I was you I wouldnt restart my subscription only bc no support

I have the same problem. When I try to use ChatGPT on my computer it isn't working. I tried to start a new chat, change my network and my browser, it isn't working, even when I wait an entire day to retry. It saids "Something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com.". I try eveything you advice for that problem. Haven't got the problem on my phone, I need it on my pc. I tried to paid the chatgptplus to solve the prob but it's not working.
Re-opening an account, I solved it through this. OpenAI is now in a leading position in the market, so its attitude is very arrogant, and it is unwilling to help consumers solve problems. Looking forward to the early launch of other generative AI, ChatGPT cannot be the only one in this world.
