Bug Report:

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Do something earlier
  2. Ask ChatGPT to generate a table with this prompt (Note: I cannot reproduce it on a new thread, so I can provide my thread ID upon contact) `A table has the follow fields: <Redacted text, original table headers> Please make it from the following data <Redacted text, raw data>
  3. ChatGPT crash response, begin with Here is the table listing the <redacted text>: \n\n| Column 1 ... | ----.....

Expected result:

ChatGPT produce the table, as if you paste the prompt to a new chat

Actual result:

ChatGPT keeps generating "----" until the backend stop it
