can you make sure you are not using a VPN or Web Protection.
Same thing is happening to me, I made sure to turn off my VPN too.
This is usually because you are from a restricted country or are using a VPN. If you open a Network tab and show me the response headers for the failed request I can try to look into it.
I was using it several days ago without any problems. And didn’t change anything on my computer. But it works fine with the app which is weird …

if any of you want to show me the network tab with the failing request selected so I can see the failure, response headers, and response. I can try to look into it.
Is this inside the Inspection page? I’ll try to capture a screenshot once I get to my computer.

I had closed the ChatGPT window and now another error appears as below. It says:
