Users at my company are all experiencing issues using ChatGPT 4.0 and we get this error message in the browser:
There was a problem preparing your chat. Please refresh the page and try again.

Are you using a browser extension, ad blocker, firewall or VPN that would be blocking the call to our service URLs?

That call to tcr9i.chat.openai.com is critical and not allowing it will mean gpt4 completions won't work.
