#ChatGPT4 is ChatGPT3

Last night I had a conversation and there was no problem in referencing itself as ChatGPT4. However, today it's says it's ChatGPT 3. I did further experimenting and it seems to happen when it's using Bing. The Default ChatGPT4 (no Bing) responded as expected.
Anyone else notice this kind of error?
How to reproduce: use chatgpt4 (bing or plugins) and ask:
"what version are you?"

Using Chatgpt4, I asked to speak about ChatGPT4 and said it was ChatGPT3

I asked to speak about ChatGPT4 and said it was ChatGPT3

I asked to speak about ChatGPT4 (with BING) and said it was ChatGPT3

I tried again, this time Bing kicked in and started browsing the web

yes, it's based on gpt3, gpt4 is an improved version of gpt3.

GTP-4 self-identifies as GTP-4. Confirmed that web-browsing self-identifies as GTP-3.
