#GPT 4 not work on Plus user account

Steps to reproduse:

  1. In my case just send request in any conversation with GPT 4 model, new or ongoing.

Expected result:

Answer to my request.

Actual result:

Request disappeared, GPT 4 did not respond in any way.

Additional information

Browser: Opera
OS: Windows 10

My subscription was paid on May 22, the payment was never rejected, everything is fine with the bank.

At that moment, i have this problem for the second week, refreshing the page does not help, support does not help.

Sometimes GPT 4 responds, but literally once or twice at a day and not every day, what it depends on is unclear. In conversations it may give the following error on the screen.

The GPT 3.5 model works fine, the problem is only with GPT 4.

Clearing cookies and change browser doesn`t help too.

Are you using a browser extension, ad blocker, firewall or VPN that would be blocking the call to our service URLs?

You can open up the Network console in the browser and see the URL failing. If you see that and post it here—I could help you debug better.

Can anyone help me? When i am trying to log in chat said that my account was deleted, but i have payed for plus 1-2 days ago and using chat only for studying issues.

Is it possible to decide my problem or report to someone on duty in OPEN ai? its not so opened if system can delete someone for nothing)
