I'm locked out, openai askes me to 'Check your preferred one-time password application for a code.' but never sends a code. This has been going on for 4 days and there is NO help from Openai whatsoever.

My friend had that problem. He solved it by using google auth login instead of using username and password

I'm having the same problem and trying everything I can think of and all of the solutions I've seen here. Nothing seems to be working. Really frustrating, absolutely unable to get any support as a paying member.
