When I try to open GPT-4, I encounter an error message that says, "There was a problem preparing your chat. Please refresh the page and try again." Additionally, when I attempt to send a message using GPT-4, I do not receive a response. The message appears empty, as if I hadn't sent anything at all. I have attempted to resolve this issue by clearing my browser cache and changing browsers. I have tried Firefox, Brave, Edge, and Chrome, but none of them have fixed the problem. I even tried using another computer, but I encountered the same error.
