Bug Report: Continue generating not working as expected, just adds a fullstop

Steps to reproduce:

1. Ask ChatGPT to check and update 249 lines of PHP code that are producing a 500 error

Expected result:
Output of corrected code. Clicking on Continue generating should make the bot continue with its output of updated code.

Actual result:
About 80 lines of new code are generated and the it pauses and presents me with an option to Continue generating. Clicking on Continue generating makes it think for about 2 seconds and then adds a "." to the code and stops. Only option is to Regenerate response which gives same outcome.
Trying the prompt again results in the same behaviour.
Starting a new chat with the same prompt results in the same behaviour

The issue seems to be resolved now with the continue generating button working as expected. Could it be load related?
