Zscaler IP addresses (136.226.0.0/16) are being blocked by OpenAI (returning HTTP/401). We are a ZTNA service provider of an authenticated proxy service for federal agencies/contractors. This is impacting several of our customers that forward traffic through Zscaler ZIA (Internet Security). It may be the OpenAI CloudFront WAF policy. Is there someone from OpenAI network/security team this can be forwarded to please?
